What are the payments options available?

There are three different payment plans available for Gracepool Estate; Outright payment, 3 months plan and 6 months plan.

What other payment do I make apart from the payment for the land?

Subscribers pay development fee and Documentation fee depending on the kind of property purchased.

Do subscribers handle their own documentation?

Documentation is handled by the Company.

Can I resell my plot/property?

Yes, subscribers who have paid for their land in full and have valid title can re-sell their plot(s). In that event, Graceonly Estates would require the seller to furnish the company with details of the buyer in writing. However, transferred title owners shall be termed secondary allottees and shall be bound by all covenants running with the land. All secondary subscribers shall bear the cost of their documentation.

What happens if I cannot continue with my payment? Is there a money back guarantee policy?

Yes, if you decide not to continue with our payment, your deposit will be refunded with a deduction of 30% administrative charge at a minimum of 60 days after the request of the refund has been mutually agreed and the Property is sold. The Subscriber can only ask for a refund during the subsistence of the payment of the land.

Do you have valid title of all your properties?

Yes, all our properties have valid title.
